Plenu Terms of Service

HomeFill LLC d/b/a Plenu · Effective Date: October 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026 · joinplenu.com

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the subscription service provided by HomeFill LLC d/b/a Plenu ("Plenu," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company. By signing up for a Plenu subscription, you agree to these Terms. (Our footer may label this page "Terms of Use"; it is the same document.)

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Plenu service, you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not sign up or use the service. These Terms apply to all tiers — Solo, Plus, Family, and XL — and to College-rate subscriptions.

2. About our service

Plenu is a household-essentials subscription service. We curate and deliver genuine, name-brand and comparable household products — kitchen, bath, cleaning, and paper — on a schedule tailored to your household. Plenu is an independent retailer; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands we carry.

3. About our AI — required disclosure

Plenu uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to help compose and adjust your boxes based on your household's preferences and usage.

Mental-health resources. If you or someone in your household is experiencing a mental-health crisis, call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. You may also text "HELLO" to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).

This disclosure is consistent with Tennessee SB 1580 (effective July 1, 2026), which prohibits an AI system from representing itself as a licensed mental-health professional, and, to the extent it applies, the EU AI Act's Article 50 transparency requirement.

4. Subscription plans and pricing

4.1 Plans and rates

All prices are all-inclusive: applicable sales tax, payment processing, and shipping are included in the displayed price, and no additional taxes or fees are added at checkout.

Plan Standard rate (all-in, monthly) College rate (all-in, monthly) Coverage
Solo $39 $34 1-person household
Plus $59 $49 2-person household
Family $89 $69 3–4 person household
XL $109 $89 5+ person household

All subscriptions, including College-rate subscriptions, are billed monthly. Members who joined during the Founding Member Program keep their founding rate as described in Section 4.2. The College rate is described in Section 4.3.

4.2 Founding Member Program (closed to new members)

The Founding Member Program closed to new members on October 17, 2026.

If you subscribe at a founding rate, that rate stays in effect for as long as your membership remains continuously active, including any period during which your subscription is paused. If you cancel and resubscribe within 30 days, you keep your founding rate. If you resubscribe more than 30 days after cancelling, your subscription is priced at the then-current Standard rate for your tier; we may from time to time offer win-back promotions, but those are discretionary and not guaranteed. There is no upfront payment or minimum-term commitment.

4.3 College rate

The College rate is available to verified Tennessee college and university students, and is billed monthly like every other plan.

4.4 Price changes

We may change Standard subscription prices for future billing periods. We will give at least 30 days' advance notice of any increase to an affected subscriber, and you may cancel before the increase takes effect. Founding members keep their founding rate as described in Section 4.2 and are not subject to these increases while their membership stays continuously active.

5. Billing and payment

5.1 Billing cycle

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis, on the date you first subscribe. Payment is processed by Stripe.

5.2 Automatic renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month. Unless you cancel before your renewal date (see Section 6), your payment method on file will be charged at your applicable rate. You authorize Plenu to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

5.3 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

5.4 Taxes and fees

Displayed prices are all-inclusive: applicable sales tax, payment processing, and shipping are already included. No additional taxes or fees are charged at checkout.

5.5 Shipping and delivery

Your first box ships within a few days after your subscription is confirmed. After that, your subscription is billed on a fixed 30-day cycle; each later box ships within 21–30 days of the start of its cycle, and always within 30 days of that cycle's billing date. The exact timing is tuned to how quickly your household uses what we send.

Plenu currently delivers within its Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, Huntsville, Birmingham and Atlanta areas. Delivery areas, and how many members we can serve in each, may change. At signup we confirm whether your address is within the current delivery area; if it is not, or if that area is full, we will not accept your order or charge you, and you may leave your email to be notified when we reach you.

5.6 Promotional and pilot memberships

We sometimes offer promotional or pilot access at no charge. When we do and we do not collect a payment method from you: (a) your access does not automatically renew; (b) nothing is charged to you, and no card is required, during the promotional period; (c) the promotional access simply ends at the close of the stated free period unless you choose a paid plan and add a payment method yourself; and (d) the automatic-renewal terms in Section 5.2 apply only after you have chosen a paid plan and a payment method is on file. We will notify you before any promotional period ends, and you are never charged without first adding a payment method and agreeing to the plan and its price.

6. Cancellation and pause

You can cancel at any time, through any of these channels: - Online: log in at joinplenu.com/account, open Manage your plan → "Pause, resume or cancel," and choose Cancel subscription. You can also cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked on that page. - Email: send a cancellation request to hello@plenu.online.

We process cancellation requests within 1 business day. When you cancel, we stop your next renewal; you keep any deliveries for the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again. Cancellation is at least as easy as signing up — no phone tree, no fee, and no required retention call.

6.1 Effect of cancellation

Your current paid period is not refunded on a pro-rated basis (see Section 6.3), you are not charged for the next period, and a founding rate is preserved only as described in Section 4.2.

6.2 Pause

You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days instead of cancelling. During a pause you are not charged and receive no deliveries, and a founding rate is not affected by a pause. To resume, log in to your account.

6.3 Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellation. However, if a box is damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect, contact hello@plenu.online within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or credit. If you are charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund that charge.

7. Use of the service

7.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 to subscribe.

7.2 Account responsibility. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@plenu.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

7.3 Prohibited conduct. You agree not to: provide false information (including false student verification); use the service for commercial resale; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts; interfere with the service; or use automated means to access it without our written authorization.

8. Subscription box composition

Your box contains household essentials matched to your tier and stated preferences. Specific brands, products, and quantities may vary based on your profile, usage, and product availability. We do not guarantee a specific brand or product in any given box; we guarantee household essentials appropriate to your tier. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities in your account, and we will do our best to accommodate them, though we cannot guarantee every request.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, at joinplenu.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and share information. In short: we do not sell your personal information; our advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel, when active) may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of through Your Privacy Choices; and our personalization systems work from a pseudonymous identifier, not your name or payment details. See the Privacy Policy for your rights and how to exercise them.

10. Reaching a person

You can reach a human team member at any time by emailing hello@plenu.online, or through your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and we will always connect you with a person for billing disputes, complaints, account-closure requests, or matters involving your health or safety.

11. Intellectual property

The Plenu name, logo, website, and content are owned by HomeFill LLC d/b/a Plenu or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without our written consent. The brand names and products we carry belong to their respective owners; we sell them as an independent retailer and claim no affiliation with them. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your household's personal, non-commercial use.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our AI may make errors, and we do not warrant AI-generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plenu's total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid Plenu in the 12 months before the claim, and Plenu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.1 Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, contact us at legal@plenu.online and give us 30 days to resolve it in good faith.

13.2 Arbitration. Except for small-claims matters and where prohibited by law, any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Davidson County, Tennessee, and conducted (at your election) by phone, video, or written submission. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement.

13.2.1 Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a class or representative proceeding.

13.2.2 Your 30-day right to opt out. To opt out, email legal@plenu.online within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with your name, account email, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee.

13.3 Small claims. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court in Davidson County, Tennessee.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email or a prominent notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and Plenu regarding the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your subscription without our consent; we may assign these Terms in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
