The problem
Nobody moves into a dorm planning to become the person who buys the paper towels.
It falls to whoever notices first, and then it stays there. Plenu is a utility, not a subscription company — the managing is the part we take.
No car, or one car for four people.
A twelve-pack of toilet paper is a logistics problem when the store is a bus ride and the trunk belongs to a roommate.

Questions students ask first.
What counts as a valid school email?
Any address ending in .edu at a Tennessee college. We send a confirmation link to that address; following it unlocks the college rate.
What happens at re-verification?
Once a year we ask you to confirm you are still enrolled — one click from an email. Re-verify and the college rate continues. If you don't, the subscription rolls to standard tier pricing; nothing is cancelled without you asking.
Can roommates share one subscription?
Yes. Pick the tier that matches how many people share the place — Plus for two, Family for three or four, XL for five or more — and split one flat monthly number instead of receipts from three stores.
What about summer, or a semester abroad?
Pause the subscription for as long as you are away and restart when you are back. Pausing takes one step and there is no fee.
Will it fit a dorm room?
Solo is sized for one person in one room, in package sizes that fit a dorm shelf rather than a garage. Tell us what you have too much of and it stays out of the next delivery.
My campus isn't listed. Can I still sign up?
Signup stops before payment and we add your email and ZIP to the expansion waitlist. You are not charged, and we write to you when your area opens.
Four years is long enough to spend on the coursework. It is too long to spend tracking detergent.
